How it works

The radiator shell is the same type of shell that you will see in most gas centrally heated homes in the country.  This shell has been popular for over 40 years for its ability to maximise heat output.

The heater heats the water inside the radiator and the mini pump circulates the heated water around the radiator.  Because water is so quick to heat-up, your room will feel warmer much quicker than if you installed an oil-filled radiator or storage heater.  The radiator reaches a temperature of between 65 and 70 degrees within minutes.

                      How a radiator works.

To ensure that you don't waste electricity and money, each radiator has a built-in air thermostat that intelligently senses the room temperature and the radiator responds accordingly.  As soon as the room has reached the temperature that you have set, the radiator stops drawing electricity, saving you money.  If there is a temperature drop then the radiator switch back on for a few minutes to maintain your desired temperature.
